My Favourite Apps and Software
OK, a blog with a difference this week. I am often asked what software, apps and tools I use to manage my business, work flow and my clients. So here goes ...
Asana is a project management tool that allows us to keep track of all clients and the varying work we do for them along with the status of the work and the timetable we are working to. Because it is cloud based, all the team can access this where ever they are.
Boomerang for Gmail is my favourite app and plugin. You can have all the good intentions in the world to get your head down and not check your email but it's often easier said than done. This allows me to pause my inbox and release them to me at either pre-set times or to a schedule. It also allows you to schedule when emails go out too. Having blocks of time to read and reply to my emails has sent productivity through the roof!!
Trying to book in a call or a meeting can involve a lot of too-ing and fro-ing finding a time slot that works for everyone can take so much time for all involved. Having acuity on my website means people can book straight into my diary and they fill out a quick form too, so I am prepped and ready to go - result!!
NOTEBOOK AND PEN
I have a notebook and write down the three things I MUST do each day, this helps keep me on track and ticking them off is soooo good too!!!
Using the right tools for the job is important whatever you do and so I also use specialist software to ensure I provide the right service to my clients and keep them compliant.
