The government have produced a number of papers about what might happen if the UK were to leave the EU with a “no-deal” scenario.  The government remains adamant that a no-deal situation is unlikely to happen, but putting our boy scout hat on it’s best to be prepared.

Over the next few weeks, we will have blog posts on the areas that may impact our clients:

  • 10 October – VAT for business in the event of a Brexit no-deal

  • 17 October – Trading with the EU in the event of a Brexit no-deal

  • 24 October – Data Protection in the event of a Brexit no-deal

  • 31 October – Workplace rights in the event of a Brexit no-deal
